The peaceful death has occurred at Letterkenny University Hospital of Ellen Gallagher, nee Dennison, Church Road, Carrigart.
Predeceased by her husband, Hugh, in 1965.
Beloved Mother of Eunan, Linda, Mary, and Terri, daughter-in-law Maeve, and son-in-law Clive.
Devoted Grandmother of Aodh, Rachael, Lauren, Colin, Claire, Alex, and Great Grandmother of Donnacha, Ellen, Cáolagh, Cillian, Willow, and Bonnie.
Sadly missed by her sisters, May (Tennessee), Sorcha (Convoy), sisters in law Cathy (California), Josephine (Dublin), and her many nieces, nephews, neighbours, and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Removal from the Chapel of Rest, Letterkenny this evening, Thursday, 11th September at 6pm to her daughter’s home (Terri) F92P584, where you are welcome to pay your respects.
Funeral from there on Saturday morning, September 13th, going to St John the Baptist Church, Carrigart for requiem mass at 11am with interment afterwards in Carrigart Cemetery.
Family time from 10pm until 12pm and on the morning of the funeral.
