The death has taken place of Eugene Miller, formerly of Drimnalough, Glenties, Co. Donegal, London, and the USA.
He passed away at Hillcrest Nursing Home, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, on 9th September 2025.
Dearly beloved husband of the late Patience Riley and father of Joshua, Sarah, Rachel, and Nathaniel.
Eugene will be sadly missed by his family, relatives, and a very wide circle of friends in Donegal and around the world.
Eugene is known for his academic achievements, musical talent, passion for theatre, good humour, kindness, and generosity.
His remains will repose at Shovlin’s Funeral Home, Sandfield, Ardara, Co. Donegal on Friday, 12th September 2025, between 4pm-7pm.
Funeral cortège departs Shovlin’s on Saturday, 13th September 2025 at 11.30am for funeral service at the Church of Ireland, Lettermacaward, Co. Donegal, at 12noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
