The peaceful death has taken place in Manchester at his home of Hugo Quirke, formerly of Urris and Dunree and more recently Bury, Manchester. Surrounded by his loving family.
Dearly loved husband of the late Brigid Quirke (nee Gillespie of Leophin, Linsfort) much loved father of Hugh, Denis, Elaine, Gary and Sinead. Adored Pop, brother, brother in law, uncle and friend to so many.
Funeral to be held in Manchester. Date to be confirmed.
