The peaceful death has taken place at her home of Joan Doherty (née Beattie), Tremone Bar, Carrowmena, Moville.
Beloved wife of Eugene and much loved mother of Marie-Therese (Gavin) and Eugene.
Devoted granny of Jack, Oisín, Molly and Donnacha.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by brother Seán, nieces and nephews, Hugh, Eva, Conor, John, Eibhlín and Alex, wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Joan’s remains are now reposing at her home where you are all welcome to pay your respects today (Saturday March 1st) from 12pm to 10pm. Funeral from there tomorrow (Sunday March 2nd) at 12.30pm for 1pm Funeral mass in St. Columba’s Church, Ballinacrae, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
House is private on the morning of the funeral.
