The death has taken place of John Antony Quinn, Curraghamone, Ballybofey F93TY2, peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Loving brother to Michael, Kevin, Martha (Dowden), Cassie (McCay), brother in law to Mary Rose, Rita, Mary and Norma Quinn, Matthew McCay, Edmund Dowden and Dan McGlynn.
Deeply regretted by his brothers, sisters, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and wide circle of friends.
Pre deceased by his parents Peter an Margaret and also the late Peter, Patsy, Patrick James, Kevin Michael, Kevin M.C, Mary Rose Quinn and Maggie McGlynn (nee Quinn).
Wake private to close family and friends.
John’s remains will be reposing at his late residence today Tuesday from 7 pm to 10 pm and tomorrow Wednesday from 2pm to 10pm, all other times private including the morning of the funeral.
Mass of the resurrection on Thursday 9th December at 11 am at Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar and burial afterwards in Drumboe Cemetery. The funeral cortege will make its way to the Church via Drumboe, McKanes Corner and down Main Street Stranorlar.
Flowers welcome, donations in lieu of flowers if so desired to Friends of Letterkenny University Hospital c/o Martin McGowan Funeral Director or any family member.
