The death has taken place at Altnagalvin Hospital of John Daly, Northland Crescent, Derry, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his wife Nellie, daughter Cecilia and son Roddy. Survived by his children Thomas (Derry), Michael (Newtowncunningham), John (Manchester), Josephine (Derry) and Eugene (Derry). Deeply regretted by extended family, neighbours & friends.

John’s remains will repose at his son Michael’s residence, 4 Moyle View, Newtowncunningham, (Eircode: F93W4C6) from 7pm Sunday 29th January. Funeral mass in St. Eugene’s Cathedral, Derry on Tuesday 31st January at 10am, followed by burial in the City Cemetery.
