The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Joseph Sweeney, Ballyliffin, Clonmany.
His remains are reposing at his late residence.
Funeral leaving from there on Tuesday 15th February, at 11.30am going to St Mary’s Church Clonmany for requiem Mass at 12pm, with burial afterwards in the new cemetery.
