The death has occurred of Kathleen McHugh (née McGeady), Mullagh, Rooskey, Roscommon, N41C568 / Newtowncunningham, Donegal, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Roscommon Hospice on June 5th, 2026.
Predeceased by her husband Mike.
Sadly missed by her brothers Andy (Marita) and James, nephews Andrew and David and their families, and her extended family members.
Particularly missed by her wide circle of friends and neighbours in her adopted home of Rooskey, as well as those in her former home of New York.
May she Rest In Peace.
Reposing at Leavy’s Funeral Home, Scramogue, F42FD78 on Sunday, June 7th, from 5pm until 7pm.
Funeral Mass on Monday, June 8th, in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Rooskey at 11am followed by burial in Burt Cemetery, Co.Donegal arriving at approximately 4pm.
Donations in lieu to Mayo/Roscommon Hospice c/o Rogers Funeral Directors in recognition of the kindness and care shown to Kathleen in her time there.
