The death has taken place on December 3rd in the loving care of all the Medical and Nursing staff in the HASU Unit at St. James’s Hospital of Marie Denise Barr, Rathgar, Dublin and formerly St. Oran’s Road, Buncrana, Co. Donegal.
Beloved wife of Mike (Pomeroy) and loving mother of Elizabeth and David.
Very deeply regretted by her brother Terry, son-in-law Tyler, daughter-in-law Paula, grandchildren Aaron and Peter, mother-in-law Celine, sisters-in-law Val, brothers-in-law Oliver and Victor, niece Kate, relatives and friends.
Predeceased by her parents Paddy and Bridie Barr and sister-in-law Jackie Pomeroy.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Tuesday evening, December 4th from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.
Removal on Thursday morning, December 7th to the Church of the Good Shepherd, Churchtown arriving for funeral Mass at 11:30am.
Mass and burial on Saturday morning, December 10th at 11:00am at St. Mary’s Chapel, Cockhill, Buncrana.
Marie is a retired member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and Irish Tax Institute and a proud member of Kildare Street & University Club and Royal St. George Yacht Club.
