Mary Agnes Foy née McNulty, Whispering Pines, Ballaghderg, Letterkenny, formerly of Main Street, Stranorlar

The peaceful death has taken place at The Donegal Hospice, Letterkenny on Wednesday 10th January 2024 of Mary Agnes Foy née McNulty, Whispering Pines, Ballaghderg, Letterkenny F92 A61W and formerly from Main Street, Stranorlar.

Deeply missed by her loving sons John (and Audrey, Ballybofey), James (and Phillie, Wexford) and daughters Catherine (and Brendan, Cork), Maria (and John Burke, Ballybofey), Louise (and Danny Kelly, Letterkenny) and Helen (and Karl Sweeney, Letterkenny), grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sisters Anne McCool (Stranorlar) and Margaret Bradley (Leeds, England), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.

Mary Agnes is predeceased by her husband John Joe Foy, grandson John Edward Foy, brothers John Joe, Paddy, Paul, Eamon and Peter and her sister Kathleen Zamuner (Australia).

Rest in Peace

Removal from The Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top, Letterkenny today, Wednesday 10th January, at 5pm going to her late residence. Funeral from there on Friday 12th January at 12.15 going to St. Eunan’s Cathedral, Letterkenny for 1pm Requiem Mass which can be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/letterkenny.

Interment afterwards in St. Mary’s Church Cemetery, Sessiaghoneill, Ballybofey. Family time from 10pm until 12 noon please and on the morning of the funeral. Rosary both nights at 9pm.
