The peaceful death has occurred of Michael James (Mickey) McLaughlin at his home, 25 Ballynasilloe Avenue, Derry, formerly of Lewis Street, Rosemount, Derry.
Beloved husband of the late Claire, loving partner of Angie McCloskey, devoted father of Karon, Paul, Jacqueline and the late Geraldine, cherished grandfather of Caoímhe, Emily, Jake, Jack, Cara, Alex, Conor, Ryan and great-grandfather of Corin, Layla, Cailan and Méabh, beloved son of the late Patrick and Mary, dear and loving brother of Fr. Billy, Neil, Sean, Colm and the late Pat and Mary, a dear uncle to all his nieces and nephews and father-in-law to Liam. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by his entire family circle.
Mickey is now reposing at his home. family time please from 12:00noon to 8:00pm.
Funeral leaving his home on Friday 15th March at 9:20am to St. Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn, Derry for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
