The death has occurred of Michael (Mickey) Shiels, Ballylar, Fanad, Donegal, peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his son Patrick (2014).
Deeply regretted by his wife Sheila, sons Michael and Brian, daughter Kathleen, daughters-in-law Mary, Pauline, and Collette and his son-in-law Alan.
Sadly missed by his adored granddaughters Lauren, Aideen, Aoife, Caitlin, Eimear, Niamh and Aisling, his extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Mickey’s remains will repose at his late residence from 12 noon today, Friday August 23rd.
Requiem Mass will be held at 2pm on Sunday August 25th in St. Mary’s Church, Fanavolty with burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.
Rosary at 9pm on both nights of the wake.
