The death has occurred of Myra Grieve (nee Gillen) formerly of Clonee, Dublin and Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. Myra passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on December 3rd 2024, in the care of TLC Nursing Home, Maynooth.
Beloved wife of Brian for over 60 years and loving mother of Cathy, Seamus, Caroline, Maria, Mairead, Bernie,Dympna and the late Baby Brian (R.I.P.). She will be sadly missed by her devoted husband, loving children, daughter-in-law Martina, sons-in-law Gerry, Eamonn, Martin and Ray, her adored grandchildren Brian, Rebecca, Hannah, Natasha, Megan, Emer, Mia, Oran, Eamonn, Hayley, Zach, Dylan, Molly, Alex and Bradley and great-granddaughter Cora, her brother Danny and her sister Mena and all those who knew her. To know Myra was to love her.

Reposing at her daughter Caroline’s residence in Carbury, Co. Kildare (W91 H52P) today, Wednesday December 4th from 4-8pm.
Removal tomorrow afternoon, Thursday December 5th at 1pm to arrive at St. Brigid’s Church, Straffan for 2pm funeral mass, followed by burial in Laraghbryan Cemetery, Maynooth.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of TLC Nursing Home, Maynooth for their kind and loving care of Myra.
