The death has taken place of Robert John (Rob) O’Brien, 22nd March 2026.
Beloved husband of Bernie, loving father of Claire, Robert, Jenny, Declan, Colum and the late baby Connor, father-in-law of Scott, Aly, Allan, Aimee and Megan, devoted grandfather of Cormac, Finn, Dillon and Aidan, dear brother of De, Kev, Patricia, Maureen, Jane, Helen, Liz and the late Jim and a much loved brother-in-law and uncle.
Rob will be reposing in his home, 116 Barleyfields, Culmore, on Tuesday (March 24th) and Wednesday (March 25th) from 12 – 8 pm.
Funeral from there on Thursday at 10.45 am for 11.30 am Requiem Mass in Star of the Sea Church, Faughanvale.
Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
