The peaceful death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Sammy Porter, Magherabouy, Killygordon.
Predeceased by his late wife May.
Much loved father of daughter Marina, son Robert and daughter-in-law Diane.
Cherished grandfather of Cian, Alan, Glen, Steven, Lewis and Aaron.
Sammy will be sadly missed by his brother Roy, cousins Jim and Vera, wider family circle neighbours and friends.
His remains will repose at his late residence on Monday 17th from 11am to 10pm.
Funeral leaving from there on Tuesday at 1.30pm for 2pm funeral service in St Patrick’s Church, Donoughmore, followed by burial in the family plot in the adjoining graveyard.
Family time please on the morning of the funeral.
