The death has occurred at Altnagelvin Hospital of Sammy Slevin, 6, Derg View, Castlederg.
Reposing at the home of his daughter and son in law, Maria and John Pat Connolly, 53A, Laughtfoggy Road, Castlederg from 7 p.m. today, Saturday 7th September.
Removal on Sunday 8th September to St. Patrick’s Church, Castlederg to repose overnight.
Requiem Mass on Monday 9th September at 12 noon.
Interment afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.
The house is strictly private to family and close friends.
