The peaceful death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital on Thursday 13th March 2025 of SJ Russell, Dromore, Letterkenny F92 V0AV. Deeply missed by his loving daughter Tracey, brothers Matthew (Listillion) and Charlie (Dromore), and sisters Marion Dill (Manorcunningham) and Carol Doherty (Letterkenny), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.
SJ is predeceased by his parents Charlie and Ruby, brother Lexie and sisters Kathleen Lecky and Elizabeth Creevy.

SJ’s remains will repose at his late residence on Friday 14th March from 12 noon until 9pm.
Funeral Service of Thanksgiving at SJ’s late home on Saturday 15th March at 3pm with interment afterwards to Gortlee Cemetery.
