The death has taken place of Susan Traynor (née McGettigan), 8 Dunkeld Avenue Derry and formerly of Kilmacrenan, 21st February 2026, peacefully at Culmore Manor, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Beloved wife of the late Laurence, loving mother of Christine, Jacqueline, Laurence and Evelyn, mother-in-law of Martin, Philip, Orla and Patrick, a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother, dear sister of Mary and the late Daniel, Rose, Catherine, Edward and John, and a loving aunt to her many nieces and nephews.
Susan will be reposing in her home, 8 Dunkeld Avenue on Saturday February 21st from 7pm – 10 pm and on Sunday February 22nd from 12 – 10 pm.
Funeral from there on Monday February 23rd at 9.30 am for 10 o’clock Requiem Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn.
Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
