The peaceful death has taken place on 22nd May 2025, at his home in London, of Thomas Anthony McLaughlin, formerly of William Street, West End Park and Glen Road, Derry, aged 78.
He was the beloved husband of Margaret and the devoted father of Christopher, Nicholas and Emily.
He was a loving grandfather to Willa, Hugh, Pep, Laurie, Salvador, Thomas and Martha, who brought him enormous joy.
Beloved brother of Carol, Catherine, Anne, Norah and the late Philip, Willie and Donal.
Thomas will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
A wake will be held at 6 Springham Park, Derry BT48 0RD on Sunday 31st May from midday until 9pm.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Eugene’s Cathedral, Derry, at 10am on Monday 1st June.
Tom will be buried at Gartan Graveyard, County Donegal, at 11am on Tuesday 2nd June.
