Buncrana council launches major tourism drive

Buncrana Town Council is to embark on an initiative to position the town as a premier tourist destination.
The council  says the project will nurture and develop the tourism industry in the Buncrana area and the wider Inishowen area, by developing the visitbuncrana.com website, as well as devising a new tourism brochure, initially focussing on the domestic and UK markets.
Discussions with industry representitives and others will take place in the coming weeks.
