Letterkenny laneway sealed off in garda assault investigation

Speer’s Lane in Letterkenny has been closed as part of a Garda investigation in to a serious assault on a woman.
The incident it said to have occured at around 3.30 on Monday morning
It’s not clear when the area will be reopened.
No further details of the alleged assault are being released.
