Donegal Club Championship matches for next weekend postponed

The Donegal County Board has called off next weekends club championship fixtures.
Games had already been postponed to facilitate preparations for the Donegal Team’s Ulster Final appearance.
Donegal Manager Jim McGuinness had requested a further postponement of the games as his team gears up for a semi-final meeting with Cork having beaten Kerry at the weekend.
It is now likely that the club championship will be played on succesive weekends up to the final or play-offs. Any replays would have to be played mid-week.
Donegal players have welcomed the decision – Mark McHugh took to twitter posting ‘Club Champo off at the weekend everybody..Thanks County Board!! #Donegal
