A Donegal man with Spina Bifida has gone to the European Parliament to highlight the dire lack of services and help for people who are ageing with the condition.
40 year old Frank Larkin – was one of a number of people with Spina Bifida – who came to Strasbourg this week to present a paper on the challenges of growing older with Spina Bifida.
He says there are very few services in Ireland for people like him who are getting older and need help…..
