The UN Secretary-General says the use of chemical weapons in Syria would constitute a “crime against humanity”.
Ban Ki-Moon’s sending a senior diplomat to investigate allegations of a gas attack that killed more than 1-thousand people on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, UNICEF and the UNHCR says over one million children have now fled the conflict.
