A local election candidate and community worker has claimed Donegal County Council is not doing enough to tackle racism in the county.
Billy Banda was unsuccessful in his attempts to get elected to the local authority as an independent.
He claims the council had an initiative in place to deal with allegations of racism but because of a lack of funding it has fallen on its face.
