Mangan makes boxing pro debut in New York

Darren Mangan formerly of Killyclug in Letterkenny will make his professional boxing debut on Friday night in America.
The 20-year old welterweight who is based New York will fight fellow debutant Kashif Muhammad-Brown at the Brooklyn Masonic Temple.
Four time Ulster champion Mangan is under the banner of Uprising Promotions and is training under Colin Morgan, a man who has brought through seven world champions.
Darren’s opponent, Muhammad-Brown, reached the semi final’s of the Junior Olympics National’s in June of this year.
