McHugh shortlisted for player of the month

Ryan Mc Hugh has been nominated for the GAA/GPA Player of the Month for August after his display against Dublin last Sunday.
It is no surprise that the young Kilcar man is among the three nominees following his man of the match performance which included a score of 2-2 at Croke Park in the All Ireland Semi Final.
Kerry’s David Moran and James O’Donoghue are the other players shortlisted.
The winner will be announced on Thursday 11th September.
Meanwhile the Irish News Ulster All Star awards will be held tonight in the Armagh City Hotel.
Since Donegal are the Ulster Champions, its expected that they will feature strongly.
