LYIT win in Cavan to make semi final

The LYIT have secured their place in the Division Two semi final’s of the Higher Education Colleges competition.
The Letterkenny side beat Cavan Further Education College in Cavan 2-13 to 3-4 this afternoon.
Among the scorers were Donegal’s Dara Mc Daid with 2-2 and William Gillespie with 0-3.
Sligo’s Brendan Howley was man of the match.
The semi final will be played on Thursday of this week and the LYIT will know their opponents by tomorrow.
