Council’s Chief Executive hopeful of adding staff next year

neelyThe Chief Executive of Donegal County Council says the challenge of implementing the authority’s budget for 2015 is one he relishes.
The 2014 budget, past last year, was characterised by a lengthy stalemate which almost collapsed the council in January, while the 2015 budget has already been passed at the first time of asking.
Seamus Neely says the projections he made for this year has been realised, and he’s confident that can happen again.
