Fundraiser to be held for elderly siblings robbed in their home near Clady

A charity night is to be held for four elderly siblings who were the victims of a robbery near Clady on Monday evening.
Ethna, Kathleen, James and Sam Spruole were in their rural home on Tullymoan Road when four masked men entered the farmyard.
One of them wrestled one of the brothers to the ground, and then three of the men picked up a grape hoe and entered the house. The intruders got off with a small amount of money.
A fundraiser is now to be held for the family on Friday 12th December in Christy’s Bar in Strabane.
