Independent Deputy Thomas Pringle is calling for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to make funding for a new Bridge at Fintra a priority.
The bridge is on the Wild Atlantic Way and provides access to those visiting Slieve League.
Deputy Pringle says it is welcome that Failte Ireland has invested in discovery points and attraction routes along the Wild Atlantic Way but the government must not neglect the roads infrastructure:
