Calls have been made to provide free bus travel for cancer patients travelling from Donegal to Galway and Dublin for treatment.
The call comes as many people are struggling with being able to afford countless bus fares to make the journey for their appointment.
There is also concern that although there is currently free travel for cancer patients provided by cancer charities, the schedule unfortunately does not suit many patients.
