Security alert underway in Omagh

Police in Tyrone say there’s a security alert underway in Omagh.
The discovery of a suspicious object close to Strule Arts Centre has forced an evacuation in the area.
High Street, George’s Street and Bridge Street have been closed to traffic and the public is advised to avoid Omagh town centre while the alert continues.
