LYIT men beat Blancharstown IT 2-1

The LYIT mens soccer team came from 1-0 down this afternoon in the Colleges and Universities Football League to take victory against Blanchardstown.
The Letterkenny side made home advantage count beating the Dublin students 2-1.
Liam Doherty and Paul Mc Veigh scored the goals for the LYIT.
The win sealed their place in the knock out stage of the competition.
Meanwhile the LYIT Ladies GAA side went to Belfast and beat Queens University 4-13 3-7.
