Rents have gone up again – this time by over three per cent – making it the largest quarterly increase since the peak in 2007. In Donegal, the average increase over the same period was 6%. The average advertised rent is now €525, still significantly lower than the national average of €964.
Supply is at its tightest level on record with just over 4-thousand properties available to rent across the country on November 1st.
