Large Donegal presence at Ulster Boxing Finals

On Sunday next the finals of the ulster nine-country championships will be staged in the Halfway House Burnfoot.
There will be 31 finals down for decision and Donegal boxing will be strongly represented with fighters contesting 12 of the finals.
The Donegal contingent is made up of Michael Connor, Paddy McShane, Owen Ward and Michael O’Donnell all of Letterkenny, Jordan Saville and Oisin Wallace Dungloe, Liam Crawford and Liam McMonagle Raphoe, Tiarnan Moran Illie Golden Gloves, Cain McDaid Finn Valley, Odhran Doogan Dunfanagh and Alana Sweeney Twin Towns.
The weigh-in will be from 9-30 to 10am and boxing will get underway at 11am.
Donegal already have six champions by way of walk over, Adam Boyle and Pauric O’Donnell Dungleo, Kira McMenamin Twin Towns, Chloe McDaid Illies Golden Gloves, Leah Gallen Finn Valley and Shannah Tiffoney Bundoran.
