Harps Academy on the move

Just weeks after Derry City announced the establishment of a new satellite coaching centre at the grounds of Curragh Athletic in Killygordon – it has emerged that the Finn Harps academy is to move to a new 8 acre site at The Cross in Killygordon.
According to this morning’s Donegal News, Harps have agreed a five year lease on the site that was the former Donegal league home of Curragh Athletic and more recently Tullyvinney Rovers.
There is some work to be done to the site so it will be 10 to 12 weeks before the first of the Harps squads move in.
The Academy are current based at St. Columba’s College in Stranolar.
