Donegal to benefit from major plans by Eir to provide high-speed broadband to rural Ireland

24 communities in Donegal are set to benefit from high- speed fibre broadband within the next year following further plans announced by Eir.
The company, previously known as Eircom has said it plans to generate speeds of 1 gigabit per second and will become available to 200 communities across the country by the end of 2016.
