Joseph McGonigle is targeting another top ten finish on this year’s Joule Donegal International Rally, but the Muff man knows he’ll be in a huge battle with the championships R5 contenders.
He drove his Skoda Fabia S2000 to seventh in last years event but knows to replica or do better will be a big task.
Of the four rounds to date, Joseph and his co driver Ciaran Geaney had solid runs in Galway, Cork and the Circuit of Ireland but Killarney didn’t go as planned.
Joe says it will be a hard ask to take on the quicker R5 cars…
