Investigation launched after person is injured in Letterkenny incident

A garda investigation has been launched following an overnight incident at a house in the Long Lane area of Letterkenny.
Gardai say a person has been injured and is being treated in hospital, and the scene is being preserved pending a forensic examination.
Gardai are not commenting on the nature of the incident, or the extent of the person’s injuries, but we understand they are not life threatening.
Gardai in Letterkenny are urging anyone with information to come forward.
