IRFU policy means Ruan Pienaar will leave Ulster Rugby

Ulster say they wanted to keep Ruan Pienaar but couldn’t due to IRFU’s succession policy.
It’s was confirmed today the Springbok scrum half will leave Ulster at the end of the season.
In a statement this morning the province say while the club and the player wanted to stay, a contract extension was not possible because of the IRFU’s policy.
