Donegal County Childcare reporting positive response to new supports for children with special needs

Donegal County Childcare is reporting a positive response to their new supports for Children with Special Needs.
Under the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM) which was set up in June, a range of  new information supports for parents and childcare providers have become available.
The developments include an AIM resource library and two new training programmes to up-skill those caring for children with diverse needs.
Spokesperson Avril Mc Monagle says there’s been a positive response, both in terms of the interest from parents and the number of people being trained to deliver the programme:
