A Donegal Deputy is calling for increased investment in the third level education sector, including an option for the introduction of ‘income-contingent’ student loans.
The call comes following the publication of the Casell’s Report which has made makes various recommendations for increased invesment but Deputy Thomas Pringle believes it doesn’t go far enough.
