Irish Water urge people to ensure they have provided full details for refund

Irish Water is urging people in Donegal to make sure they have provided full and correct details to be eligible for a refund.
The utility is to send thousands of emails to customers to ensure that cheques are sent to the right address.
It’s expected that most households will receive their refunds before Christmas.
