The Minister for Rural and Community Affairs has been challenged over what Donegal Deputy Thomas Pringle believes are irregularities in the distribution of Clar funding.
It’s been revealed that last year, Donegal recieved a significant reduction in funding under Clar, compared to 2016, with only 3 projects in the whole county granted funding despite over 20 submitting applications.
Deputy Pringle says serious questions need to be answered by the Minister:
