Inishowen Quadrathon starts today

The Inishowen Quadrathon has started this morning which means over 300 runners will be on route each day as they attempt to conquer the Inishowen 100.
Today’s run starts in Moville and heads through Greencastle and Shroove before making the tough climb into and out of Kinnego Bay.
There will be a large volume of runners on the road and extra care is need around Kinnego / Ballyharry between 10:30 & 12;00.
Today’s race finishes in Malin town at the Health Centre with the leaders due in after 12 noon.
The event continues on Friday with the Malin Marathon, Saturday is the Mamore Marathon, which includes a run up the gap, and the Quadrathon finishes on Sunday with the Muff Marathon.
