A Kerry County Councillor who received treatment for drink and gambling addiction says more treatment facilities are needed across the country.
27 year old Cllr John Francis Flynn is encouraging anyone with drink, drug or gambling issues to seek help, and says as well as providing more trreatment facilities, the government and the HSE should ensure they are accessible and cost is not a factor.
