Langan’s goal secures quarter final place for LYIT

LYIT are through to the Higher Education GAA Senior Football League 2 quarter finals.
On Wednesday, Michael Murphy’s side drew with DKIT 4-11(23) to 2-17(23) at the O’Donnell Park in Letterkenny.
Donegal’s Michael Langan scored their fourth and final goal with virtually the last kick of the game to share the spoils and book the LYIT’s place in the last eight.
Downing’s Caolan McGroddy and Termon’s Enda McCormick were among the other goals.
The first was an own goal by the DKIT keeper.
