The PSNI have confirmed that a 46 year old man arrested on suspicion of being in possession of criminal property, following a number of searches in the Strabane area has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
The searches were carried out in the town yesterday as part of what police described as ongoing investigations into dissident republican activity.
A significant amount of cash was also seized.
