The Department of Education has been criticised over the continuous delays in progressing a new building for Moville Community College.
Local election candidate Marie Duffy says it is totally unacceptable that the college has been waiting 15 years now for a new permanent building to replace the existing prefabs.
The Department of Education has devolved the delivery of the new building to Donegal ETB.
Ms Duffy says what is needed is immediate progress for the project to proceed to build stage:
